Where to Stay
Hotel Recommendations
All wedding day activities will center around The Bellagio. We recommend staying nearby to allow time to refresh and relax between afternoon festivities and dinner. Interior bridges connect The Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Vdara. Other nearby options include: The Flamingo, Paris, Horseshoe, Aria, and Caesars Palace.
What to Wear
Here’s some inspiration to get you started! As a note, with such a small guest count, you’re bound to be in a ton of photos. We request you come dressed your best. For dinner, Mayfair Supper Club aims for a sophisticated and glamorous atmosphere and requires a button up shirt for men and elegant dressy styles for women.
Please avoid wearing white, champagne, burgundy, orange, or red. Austin’s suit will be burgundy! The mother of the bride will be wearing light blue. Please be advised we will be walking around Old Vegas after the wedding and it will be hot, so wear appropriate footwear for the long day as you won’t have an opportunity to change until the bus is back at the hotel.

How long will we be on the party bus?
The party bus will pick us up promptly at 1PM and we will return around 6-6:30PM giving you plenty of time to change, relax, and refresh before dinner. Please bring anything you might need during the day on the bus as we will not be able to return before the scheduled dropoff.
Do I need to bring my own alcohol on the bus?
You definitely can! We will be providing an assortment of beers and seltzers. If you’d like anything specific, feel free to pick it up beforehand and bring on the bus. There are built-in coolers on the bus if you’d like anything kept cold. YOU CANNOT BRING FOOD ON THE BUS.
There’s no food on the bus. What if I get hungry?
Great question! We will be stopping in Old Vegas following the wedding ceremony and will be providing sandwiches inside Circa Resort and Casino around 3PM.
What if I’m late to return to the bus?
Ashley says you will be left behind. If for any reason you do not show up for the bus departure, the party has a strict time frame for events. We will wait for a short period, but then you will need to find alternate transportation to the next stop. A more thorough list of stops will be provided closer to the event.
Where are we going on the party bus?
We will be picked up promptly at 1PM outside the Bellagio. We will then head to the Little White Wedding Chapel. The ceremony will take place at 2PM and lasts roughly 15 minutes. After, the bride and groom will take photos in the Tunnel of Love and surrounding area. During this short time, you can have drinks on the bus. We will then head to Old Vegas for drinks and snacks, then to the Las Vegas Sign, followed by a trip down the strip. After, we will be dropped back at the Bellagio (between 6-6:30PM)
What should I expect from dinner?
Dinner is going to an event you won’t soon forget. Please arrive on time at 8PM for seating; we are not in a private area and we will need to be seated together. We will be having a seafood tower in addition to a coursed dinner and desserts. Drinks will also be provided. The venue is an upscale supper club, and requires an elegant dress code. Please come in appropriate outfits; the bride and groom are not responsible for you being turned away.
